Overhauled a local fashion retailer’s website to support colour-blind shoppers. We replaced problematic red-green colour combinations with deuteranopia-friendly palettes and increased font sizes from 14px to a minimum of 16px. Result: 23% improvement in conversion rates from users with colour vision deficiency.
Government Services Portal Compliance
Conducted a comprehensive WCAG 2.1 AA audit for a federal agency serving 1.2 million citizens monthly. Identified 47 contrast failures and weak focus indicators. We provided a 12-week remediation plan with before-and-after comparisons. Portal now passes full Level AA compliance.
Inclusive Design Bootcamp
